French and Spanish, languages are given two to three times a week for a period of 20 hours per level. They range from the beginners to advanced levels and are taught in the morning as well as in the evening. Each language is given in 5 levels. Level 6 is strictly restricted to conversation.

Courses offered now:

A. French: 6 levels
B. Spanish: 6 levels

N.B.: A placement test is required for those who show some knowledge in a certain language.

The Arabic Course

The Arabic course is designed for students who are looking to learn one or two dialects as follows:

A. Colloquial Arabic Courses/spoken dialect
ALC offers 6 levels of Colloquial Arabic ranging from beginners to advanced. Each level consists of 20 hours and is stretched over a period of one month.
Courses are designed on a 3 to 4 days basis for 2 to 3 hours a day. Classes are limited to 4 or 5 students.
B. Modern Standard Arabic (Fosha)

The center offers MSA courses ranging from beginners to advanced covering 10 courses as follows:

  • Arabic:100-101–Beginners
  • Arabic:102-201-Elementary
  • Arabic:202-Lower-Intermediate
  • Arabic:301-Intermediate
  • Arabic:302–401 Upper-Intermediate
  • Arabic 402 – 501 – Advanced
